The Cardiology Working Group seeks to form a Cardiology Document Review Group that will review the National Clinical Guideline on Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillator (ICD) Therapy Deactivation in patients identified as nearing the end of life.

If you are interested in being nominated, please complete the attached expression of interest form and submit via email to s.donohue@svuh.ie by 5 PM, Monday, 24th of March 2025.

The Cardiology Working Group will select suitable candidates from the submissions to join the Cardiology Document Review Group.
