If you previously completed the IICMP Accreditation & Recognition of Qualifications (RoQ) process and require a new official letter confirming the outcome of your previous recognition, you can request a Confirmation of Previous Recognition Letter from IICMP.
This service is for past IICMP Accreditation & Recognition of Qualifications (RoQ) applicants only.
The letter will confirm the details held on IICMP’s historical records in relation to your previous IICMP Accreditation & Recognition of Qualifications (RoQ) application, including, where available, your profession, original recognition date and application/reference number.
The letter will be issued on official IICMP letterhead and will include the official embossed IICMP ink stamp.
How to Request a Letter:
To request a Confirmation of Previous Accreditation and Recognition Letter:
- Complete the Confirmation of Previous IICMP Accreditation & Recognition Request Form.
- Provide as much information as possible about your original RoQ application to assist IICMP in locating your historical record.
- Confirm your current postal address in the request form. Please ensure this is the address to which you would like your letter posted, as it may differ from the address provided with your original application.
- Complete payment of the applicable fee using the Stripe payment link below.
- Once IICMP has received your completed request form and payment, we will review the information provided and locate your previous RoQ record before preparing your letter.
- Your completed letter will be sent to the postal address provided on your request form.

- Providing your original application/reference number will assist IICMP in locating your record.

- The administration fee is non-refundable once IICMP has commenced processing your request.
