IICMP Annual Conference Survey

IICMP Annual Conference Survey

Dear Clinical Measurement Physiologist,

I hope this message finds you well. We are currently planning our IICMP Annual Conference for 2025, which marks a special milestone—our 25th anniversary. This event is a unique opportunity to celebrate our community, especially those who have tirelessly supported the growth of our profession.

We are aware of the challenge of declining attendance, not just at our meetings but across many professional bodies. To address this, we want to hear from you. Your feedback is vital in making the annual conference more relevant and valuable. We recognise your busy schedules and appreciate the demands you face balancing professional and personal commitments.

To ensure we plan a memorable 25th-anniversary event, we have created a short survey to gather your opinions on various aspects of the conference, location, agenda, format, and timing. Before you complete it, we have included the agendas from 2018 and 2019 as references. The agendas are located at the end of this email. Please click here here to access the survey.

We understand that in-person meetings can be challenging to attend, yet they are often more cost-effective and efficient than virtual ones. Virtual conferences require extensive AV support, rehearsal time, and additional resources, placing extra demands on our speakers.

Your insights will help us create a conference you won’t want to miss. We would appreciate it if you would bring the survey to the attention of all the staff in your department.

Thank you in advance for your time and valuable input.

Warmest Regards,

IICMP Team
