IICMP Funding Opportunity

IICMP has approved funding from the HSE National HSCP Office to support the registration fee for four (4) Gastrointestinal Physiologists to attend the Oesophageal Physiology Virtual Symposium 2026.

Funding will support the registration fee to attend the online meeting.

Eligibility:

• Applicants must hold an IICMP-recognised qualification in Gastrointestinal Physiology, or equivalent as deemed by IICMP.
• Applicants must be qualified Gastrointestinal Physiologists.
• Participants must be HSE or Section 38/39 employees.
• Applications will be reviewed based on career stage, seniority and role relevance.
• Applicants must be available to attend the virtual event on both 30th November and 1st December 2026.
• Submission of an Expression of Interest does not guarantee allocation, as places are extremely limited.

Closing date for Expression of Interest submissions: Monday, 5th October 2026.
