Cardiac Physiologists 

•  This workshop aims to support Cardiac Physiologists preparing for the BSE practical examination.
• The workshop will provide guidance for completing the logbook, case studies, videos and practical assessment.
• Please Note: Attendees will be required to submit a sample video case study prior to attending the workshop and bring their logbook on the day for review (Please see Full Agenda)

This Workshop will include the following:

• Logbook Overview – The Minimum Standards with Ana Safara, Chief I Cardiac Physiologist, Clinical Specialist in Echocardiography, MMUH
• Video Cases overview with Lorna Doran, BSE Assessor
• Practical Assessment overview with Grace Ward, Cardiac Physiologist and BSE Assessor
• One to One Assessment of candidates Logbooks and Video Cases with all three mentors
• Discuss the Group Follow-Up process

 Please note: All interested Cardiac Physiologists employed in publicly funded hospitals are eligible to attend this workshop.  To attend this workshop, you must hold a recognised qualification in Clinical Measurement Physiology or equivalent as confirmed by the IICMP.
