Frans De Jongh is a Pulmonary Physiologist and Head of the Lung Function Laboratory at Medisch Spectrum Twente Hospital, with over 30 years of experience. He is also a researcher at Amsterdam UMC and the University of Twente, supervising PhD and master’s students.
A former ERS Assembly 9 Secretary, eLearning Director, and Assessment Director, Frans has co-chaired ERS-ATS-ISAM task forces and contributed to numerous ERS courses and webinars. With 90+ peer-reviewed publications, his expertise lies in lung function measurement and respiratory physiology.
