National HSCP Office Update: Launch of Telehealth Toolkit and Practice Examples Document
The HSCP has two new telehealth resources developed by the National HSCP Office.

2.HSCP: Practice Examples in Clinical Services
The HSCP Telehealth Toolkit was developed to provide practical guidance and assistance to health and social care professionals as they work to redesign services with an eye to the future and the shift left priorities set out in HSE and Slaintecare goals. The sister document of telehealth practice examples in clinical services provides access to experience from HSCP who have already begun this journey and will hopefully inspire others.
The documents are available digitally on the Discovery Zone on HSELanD and will move to the HSCP Hub once the Hub upgrade is complete.
